Security and limitation of liability

1. User responsibility
The customer is responsible for:
- read and follow all instructions, safety recommendations and warnings,
- use the product only for its intended purpose,
- do not modify, alter or use the product with accessories other than those recommended by the manufacturer.
Incorrect or careless use is entirely at your own risk.

2. Health and personal responsibility
Some products may affect the body, skin or well-being. Such products are not a substitute for medical advice.
The customer is responsible for:
- consult with healthcare in case of medical conditions,
- discontinue use in case of discomfort, pain or suspected malfunction,
- ensure that the product is suitable for your own health situation.
Emnivo is not responsible for discomfort or damage that occurs due to improper use or medical conditions that have not been communicated with a licensed healthcare professional.

3. Control and management
The customer is responsible for checking the product before use and not using it if it is damaged, defective or has been handled in a way that may affect function or safety.

4. Limitation of liability
Emnivo cannot be held responsible for:
- damage resulting from incorrect, unauthorized or careless use,
- damage resulting from failure to follow instructions or warnings,
- indirect damages, consequential damages or costs arising from the use of the product.
Use of the products is always at the customer's own risk.

5. Electrical and battery-powered products
When using electrical devices, they should always be used:
- in accordance with the accompanying instructions,
- in dry environments,
- together with the correct power source and charger.
Products should never be left unattended while charging.

6. Child safety
Products should be stored and handled out of the reach of children unless otherwise expressly stated. The customer is responsible for ensuring that the products are used by the correct target group.

7. Product function and results
All products perform differently depending on use, maintenance and individual conditions. Emnivo does not guarantee specific results as these may vary between users.
