Shipping and Delivery

We ship to the following countries: Sweden, Denmark, Belgium, Germany, Finland, France, Poland and the Netherlands .

Sweden: Always free shipping on all orders! 🇸🇪
Denmark, Belgium, Germany, Finland, France, Poland, Netherlands: 149 SEK shipping
Free shipping on purchases over 500 SEK to Denmark, Belgium, Germany, Finland, France, Poland and the Netherlands

We process all orders within 1–3 business days and they are shipped from our warehouse within 3–5 business days .

Delivery should take place within 6–15 business days .

If you have not received your order within this time frame, please contact us at kontakt@emnivo.se .

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped so you can follow your package.

For orders within the EU (including all our delivery countries) there are no additional customs fees.

NOTE: Delivery may take a few extra days due to high order volume. Thank you for your understanding!

A: Free shipping in Sweden. SEK 149 to other countries, free shipping on purchases over SEK 500.

Q: How long does delivery take?
A: Normally 6-15 working days from the time the order is shipped.

Q: Can I track my package?
A: Yes, you will receive a tracking number via email when the package is shipped.

Q: Do you deliver to my country?
A: We currently deliver to Sweden, Denmark, Belgium, Germany, Finland, France, Poland and the Netherlands.
